Welcome to South Bay Soul Care!

As Jesus said, “Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

South Bay Soul Care exists to help you process life’s changing tides and how these changes can impact your relationship with God. Our seminary-trained, experienced spiritual directors create a safe place for you to consider, question, ponder, protest – all without judgment.

Having someone “hold space” for you and be a companion in seasons of spiritual confusion, unknowing, or transition can create a welcoming environment for the Holy Spirit,our perfect counselor and guide, to bring clarity, wholeness, love and peace.

Regardless of what church you attend (or don’t attend), spiritual direction and other forms of soul care can be helpful ways to reconnect with your spiritual life. They support any discipleship program, sermon series, or Bible study.

When you have been heard, attended to and cared for – when you open yourself to the work of the Holy Spirit and are filled with His love – you will experience the refreshment of God’s living water (John 7:37-39).
